TERMS OF BUSINESS
As long as magic effects have been built and sold, the following statement has been considered true and acceptable. “Besides the tangible prop, or equipment, the secret of how the effect is accomplished is part of the value of the effect. Once that secret is learned, it cannot be returned. Even if the buyer has previous knowledge of the secret workings and/or technology.”
The price remains the same. Therefore, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
At times, I offer used, vintage props for sale from various manufacturers. The condition is described, and photos are posted. If you need more information or wish to see more photos of the prop, please ask before ordering. Once a used prop is purchased, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Payment for magic props purchased from this web site is through PayPal. For custom orders, a PayPal invoice would be sent. Payment can also be made by mailing a check. When paying by check, I reserve the right to wait until the check has cleared before shipping.

Shipping
Shipping is included in purchase price for the contiguous 48 states only. Anywhere else, please contact me for a quote.
We pride ourselves with packing all our props with TLC care. We take the time to make sure your prop arrives on time and undamaged.
If, on a rare occasion you receive a package that is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately. Take detailed notes and snap photos of both the package and the broken or damaged prop. This will help to determine that the package was improperly handled and damaged in transit. We will use this information as evidence when we file a claim against the carrier.
Custom Orders
All custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to manufacturing. The balance is due before shipping.
Lead time for custom orders depend on my present work schedule.
